Q: When was Team 3189 founded?
A: We began competing in FIRST® Robotics Competition in the 2010 season.
Q: What does 3189 even mean?
In the FIRST® Robotics Competition, every team is assigned a number. Our number happens to be 3189.
Q: Is this BattleBots?
Sorry, but no. FRC focuses more on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) part of robot construction.
EDUHSD Student Frequently Asked Questions
Q: This sounds awesome! What are the requirements to join?
To join the Circuit Breakers, you must be a student at any of EDUHSD's high schools. Additionally, you must be able to attend meetings regularly which are held at the EDUHSD Virtual Academy.
Q: I don't have any previous robotics knowledge, can I still join?
Of course! We have plenty of positions on the team that don't relate to the actual construction of robots. Additionally, we can train anyone for any entry-level position on the team.
